Consult. Transform. Assist.
What makes us different from other consultancies? Our portfolio is driven by a model called "logifactoring": the combination of lean logistics and lean manufacturing elements in order to design efficient supply chains at best cost possible. We develop best-practice processes for your company and assist you during the implementation. Doing so, we offer both the process and the cost leadership in order to make sure that identified saving potentials are being realized. This is how we enable you to finance follow-up projects to ensure sustainable profitability and competitiveness. A lot of our projects are based on a performance-related payment: Only in case of a saving we are being compensated.
We combine strong supply chain competence with a hands-on mentality – the origin of the name "Chaindson".
Our employees are specialized in various areas: production engineering, distribution logistics and intra-logistics as well as materials management, supply chain management and purchasing management – we combine operational experience with strategic know-how, being a great benefit in the project business. Our CEO, Thomas Klein, joined the Elsen Group in 2007 as a silent partner. Before entering the Elsen Group he had worked at various international automotive companies such as Tenneco and ZF (former TRW) in managing positions being responsible for the departments material management, logistics and supply chain worldwide.
